Some common questions people are asking about Billable.

How do I create an invoice with multiple services?

To create an invoice with more than one service simply select more than one service in the main table¹ and then choose New Invoice from the toolbar. The new invoice will have all of the services previously selected.

¹There are multiple ways to select more than one row in a table (and most of these will work in other OS X applications as well):

• Use Select All or command-a on the keyboard to select all rows.
• While holding down the command key click each row to toggle its selection.
• Click and hold, drag then release your mouse pointer to select rows without the keyboard.

Will Billable ever support different currencies per client/service?

I’d like to support this. It’s an issue people who for example live in the UK but have clients in the UK, US, and Germany face. I do need to look into it a bit since this type of change will affect other features such as reports and summaries (For example, if a table is showing services in three different currencies how do you show a total?).

Will Billable ever be localized?

Proper localization is on our list of things to work on. It’s unclear when it will be available but we do want to do it. If you are comfortable with English you could (as some user are doing) use Billable in English and localize just the invoice template into your language of choice yourself.
